01Apple application license
The App Store version is offered under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ↗. Read that agreement for the license terms. This page does not reproduce or replace it.
02Your account & progress
You can start as a guest and connect a supported sign-in account. A guest profile may be unrecoverable after deleting the app or changing devices if it has not been linked. Use the same game account to recover its saved progress and purchase wallet. Importing a cloud save requires an explicit choice in the game.
03Gems, VIP & VVIP
Gem packages are consumable in-game currency. VIP and VVIP are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, with USD reference prices of $4.99/month and $9.99/month respectively. The store used for the purchase shows the applicable local price, billing period, availability and any taxes before confirmation.
Subscription access depends on the current entitlement status verified with Apple or Google. Cancellation may leave access through the paid period; expiration, payment hold or revocation can end access. The game verifies membership online and uses a short offline verification window.
04Renewal, cancellation & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Use the in-game Subscription management button to open the subscription settings for your platform. App Store cancellation ↗ · Google Play cancellation ↗
Refunds for purchased Gems or other consumable in-game currency already used are generally restricted. Applicable consumer law and any exceptions or refund approvals under Apple or Google Play policies take priority. These terms do not remove your statutory rights. Request a refund through the store where you paid or the developer-support route that store specifies; eligibility depends on its rules and the applicable law.
Deleting the game or account does not cancel subscriptions. Refunded Gems are deducted from the paid wallet; any already-spent amount is recorded as a balance due before further paid-Gem spending.
05Rewarded ads & service availability
Watching rewarded ads is optional. Early dismissal, failed loading or an unconfirmed reward does not grant the advertised reward. Account-linking and deletion services are active. Actual provider sign-in, purchases and ads are still being verified before release; the game shows available services.
06Help & updates
Use the support page for account deletion, purchase recovery, subscription controls and information to include when reporting a problem. This draft adds no custom liability waiver, jurisdiction clause.
